The storybooks chosen for Mandarin StoryTime are meant to foster children’s curiosity in language through repetition and engage children’s interest in culture through illustrated pictures.
Mandarin StoryTime curriculum has been created by Auntie Yu-Han, a Mandarin language teacher with experiences working with preschool, elementary and high school students.
PDF are designed as supplementary resources for families. Educational information are added to the original storybooks, such as pinyin, simplified/traditional characters and/or English. (note: work is still in progress to add pinyin & English to the pdf)
